This free consultation for legal representation has a maximum length of 30 minutes. It is provided to discuss your legal situation, what services we can offer you, how we can best represent you and the cost of our services.

I am seeking a consultation to obtain legal advice regarding a landlord and tenant dispute which cannot be or is not about to be filed with the Landlord and Tenant Board.

A consultation for legal advice has a maximum length of 60 minutes. A fee of $200.00 + tax (Total $226.00) is required in advance. Credit card and e-transfers are accepted for payment for this fee.

An email will follow requesting the required fee in advance, the mandatory client identification information required by law to open a legal file, and any relevant documents the client wishes to be reviewed for their case.

I am seeking help in a judgement enforcement.

This free consultation for judgement enforcement has a maximum length of 30 minutes. It is provided to discuss your legal situation, what services we can offer you, how we can best represent you and the cost of our services.

If I am not able to attend this consultation, I will notify Civil Litigations before the appointment time by telephone or email. I understand that if I do not give notice of cancellation that a $150.00 fee will apply AND that a future appointment request may not be granted.
