The Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) application fees are increasing by six per cent effective April 1, 2020.
The increase in fees is necessary to fulfil the LTB’s commitment to offset the cost of providing fair, impartial, and high-quality adjudication to Ontarians who have disputes.
Submission of applications permitted under e-File (L1, L2, T2, T6) remains a lower-cost option.
